We will have entered into the final 3 weeks of this decade, and I wish for us to honor all that we have learned and accomplished in the last 10 years. From a place of gratitude, we will then set our intentions for the next decade to come. I am thinking journaling, rich conversation, and supported meditation. Tea will be provided.

A yoga class in which Taylor Rose will guide you through poses and stretches while utilizing the support of soft fabric suspended from the ceiling. Supported poses and inversions allow you to use your body weight and gravity to build flexibility, increased range of motion and strength. Realign and create space without compression in your joints or spine. This style of yoga is both relaxing and up-lifting. Aerial yoga is meant as an extension to your mat practice and will help refine traditional poses both on the floor and in the air.
