• Align and Shine

This is an alignment-based hatha yoga class. The focus of our practice will be on postural refinement, engagement, increased range of motion, and connection. Dharma, or philosophical talks and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on breath, repetition, and holding poses for a length of time. Create alignment in body, mind, and heart through the exploration of standing postures, twists, arm balances, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

  • Breathe and Restore

This class is designed to slow you down, connect you with the present moment, and bring you home to your body. Cultivate clarity by allowing for time and space.

  • Private Lessons

We will work together to create a personalized practice aimed to achieve your desired results. Proper physical alignment and engagement are essential for safety, stability and space within the body. Through 1:1 instruction, hands on assists, and personal inquiry, I will help you cultivate discipline and deep listening.

Consistent practice and deep listening allows us to move through the world in alignment with our truest Self. Private lessons are an investment, but I promise you are worth it.
